Project Manager / Estimator – Reinforcing Steel Installation

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, Construction Project Manager/Estimator for our office based in the Indianapolis, IN area.

TYPES OF WORK:

• Reinforcing Steel Installation - Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial
• Heavy Highway Construction –Bridge Deck, Piers, and Abutments
• Foundations
• Post Tensioning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Procure work and obtain plans and specifications from clients
• Manage accurate take-offs and cost estimates
• Review Contracts
• Manage Existing Clients
• Track Job Costs
• Prepare and Review all Billings
• Review and interpret computerized cost reports

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:

• 5 plus years Project Management & Estimating experience
• 4 year Engineering degree, Construction Management degree -preferred, or equivalent combinations technical/field training and/or experience
• 3-5 years Electronic Estimating experience (HCSS Experience a Plus)
• Demonstrated Project Management skills with multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to travel regionally 20% of the time and work independently
