Groundskeeper - Maintenance Worker

We are expanding!!! Come, join a great team and grow with us. Choice Services is currently looking for a person with a great attitude to perform groundskeeping & light maintenance services. These people must be personable, hardworking, detailed, presentable and have accountability. Must be able to speak English or bilingual. This job is full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. • Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to: Blowing, racking, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
• Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance to OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Minor painting of walls, doorways and curbs.
• Pressure wash walkways, buildings and other property using power washing equipment.
• Ensures that security procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Maintains professional working relationship with building staff and tenants.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in accordance with OSHA.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Must be able to download and use the ADP time keeping app.
