Customer Service Specialist

This is an e-commerce company looking for a customer service specialist to answer customer emails and inquiries IN OFFICE. 

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be an essential part of our team, focusing on resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders. You will provide support through email, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency via email.

• Provide accurate information about our products and services, enhancing customer understanding and satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update customer records promptly based on interactions.

• Continually develop your knowledge of our evolving products and services to better assist customers.

• Organize and manage office documentation and records effectively.

• Accurately enter data and analyze it to improve our service quality.

• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the team.

• Efficiently multi-task and generate reports to optimize our service systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with Shopify and Shipstation.

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers.

• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• A positive and professional demeanor, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Gorgias, and Recharge is beneficial; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
