We are seeking an administrative assistant who will be working in a warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and organize meetings.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar industry or environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with project management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
