We are currently seeking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Drive personal sales results
- Insure staff give quality quotes to their customers following company guidelines and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Computer skills(office suite, POS and staffing programs)

Under the direction of the financial manager, the accounting clerk will update and maintain records, work on daily/weekly reporting, manage the accounting databases and supply inventory management. This person will join like-minded experts who are continually focused on sharpening their skills and advancing in their profession.
