Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center of Lewisville is seeking an experienced and skilled Collision Estimator to join our expanding and dynamic team! The individual's primary task is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while constructing estimates and coordinating repair procedures for the customers. The Collison Estimator must be meticulously oriented and work efficiently to meet the demands of deadlines.

Job functions include but not limited to:

• Contacts and conducts inquiries with customers, investigates damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage. The Collision Estimator provides the customers with dependable and reliable information, guiding them through the repair process and providing them with exceptional service.
• Completes evaluation to examine the damage and work/repair orders to identify components and materials necessary. The Collision Estimator estimates labor and painting expenses to determine the total cost of repairs.
• Examines the damage of vehicles and documents necessary for repairs and parts replacement from the damage assessment. The Collision Estimator assesses the quality of restoration work with the Technicians. If necessary, return vehicles for additional work if they are not complying with the quality standards.
• Communicates with insurance companies regarding the estimated cost of repairs and ensure payment.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!

• Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical procedures.
• Flexible hours and travel arrangements for transporting to various destinations.
• Prior CCC1, CDK, service and estimator experience required. Pay is based on experience.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
