With 24 factory certifications, we are one of the region's premier certified collision repair facilities, repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards using the latest equipment, training, and repair procedures.

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Collision Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the repair process from start to finish.
  • Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters.
  • Create and update repair plans using estimating software.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repair timelines.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Order parts and verify availability when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure all estimates and supplements are completed accurately.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a collision estimator or automotive service advisor preferred.
  • Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
