Job Summary:
As our Real Estate Recruiter, you'll be at the helm of our recruitment ship, charting a course to discover and retain top-tier real estate agents. You'll work hand in hand with our leadership and support teams, ensuring our recruitment strategies are not just aligned but in full sail towards our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract, evaluate, and develop independent real estate agent relationships.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, real estate schools, and groups to source the best talent.
Manage the recruitment process from initial marketing and sourcing efforts through interviews, offers, and contracts.
Creatively engage potential candidates using social media campaigns and outreach.
Create and update position descriptions, role specifications, and candidate profiles to match with our team's culture and operational goals.
Maintain regular communication with potential candidates and build relationships to create a pipeline of qualified agents.
Stay up-to-speed on our team and broker structures to ensure that information provided to candidates is clear and accurate.
Coordinate multiple steps in the recruitment process that involve leadership and existing team member feedback.
Provide recruitment reports to leadership and suggest improvements and innovations in the recruiting process.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the real estate industry, with a track record of successful placements.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, current industry trends, and programs available to independent agents on our team.
Excellent networking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred: Real Estate license
