Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineers and technicians
• Provide technical supervision and design expertise in site development
• Develop proposals, scopes, and fees
• Build successful client relationships and manage projects
• Ensure compliance with zoning ordinances and regulations
• Coordinate with city departments and participate in community organizations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• PE registration in Oklahoma
• Minimum 6 years of experience in site development, including:
  • Plans production and management
  • Entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal Permitting
  • Site Planning and Development Master Planning
  • Grading and Drainage Design
  • Street and Alley Design
  • Water and Wastewater Design
  • Hydrology and Hydraulics Analysis and Design
  • General Civil Design
  • Construction Management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to attend meetings as needed

• Annual salary range $80,000 - $105,000
