As a Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to greet customers as they arrive for their service appointment taking precise notes regarding the customers concerns. Quoting and selling estimates.
FULL TIME: Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays)
SHIFT: 730AM to 500PM (sometimes 600PM)
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking notes regarding the customers concerns
- Quoting and selling estimates
- Updating the customer as needed
- Communication with the technicians
- Creating RO’s based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approves
