Hooray Health is located in Dallas, TX Addison area and offers a very flexible home and office hybrid schedule along with other benefits including paid time off, annual bonus, 100% paid employee health insurance and 401K.

The qualified candidate will support and assist the Operations Team in achieving department and company goals. This role will partner with multiple teams to handle all aspects of servicing accounts including but not limited to system administration, agent management, and administration of daily operational tasks within the Operations Department. This a full-time position based in North Dallas, Texas.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Set up groups according to appropriate group/member requirements defined during a client implementation.
  • Set up client products utilizing rates and parameters defined during client implementations or renewals.
  • Maintains all aspects of members' accounts – including administrative processing, email communications, and managing departmental requests.
  • Manage and maintain all system email templates and use of system email scheduler. Ensure proper templates are made available to applicable groups, ensure timely set up of new templates, and review/testing before issuing to production. Regularly review/audit email templates and scheduler to ensure applicability.
  • Maintains all aspects of agent accounts - including new agent contracting, agent appointments, and oversight and management of agent licensing and appointment requirements. Ensure contracted agents are assigned to appropriate groups and commissions are set up properly.
  • Provides Account Management team with regular updates regarding their clients.
  • Actively participate in documentation of processes and maintenance of documentation when enhancements are implemented.
  • Works proactively with the operations team to resolve issues and inefficiencies that impact clients and helps implement solutions.
  • Perform ongoing audits of member and client accounts to ensure data integrity, as requested.
  • Request Customer Service outreach to members when necessary.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • 2 years plus of equivalent related business operations experience in a professional corporate environment (healthcare, insurance, business administration, or logistics)
  • Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration, CIS or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-up skills
  • Able to manage time effectively, takes initiative, manages and adjusts priorities
  • Qualitative abilities including analytical and effective problem-solving skills along with a strong numerical aptitude required. Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Administration123, SalesForce, SugarCRM, ZOHO or equivalent system – must have working knowledge of CRM structures: agents, groups, customer, and product setup
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Access.
  • Willing and able to learn new products, concepts and techniques and computer software programs
  • Team player able to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Technical Proficiencies

This position requires the ability to support and serve as a liaison for the department, resolving issues at times on short notice with minimal information.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytic skills with the ability to think strategically and logically to discover both solutions and potential pitfalls before execution. Position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be organized and manage time to meet deadlines.
