Human Resources Specialist

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking a qualified candidate for Human Resources Specialist at our Fort Belvoir, VA site.

• Responsibilities:
  • Monitor HQDA organizations alignment of current civilian human capital against their
  • most current TDA.
  • Provide human capital support for HQDA reorganization/realignment projects.
  • Review and monitor HQDA organization Request for Personnel Action (RPA) as
  • required using AutoNOA.
  • Provide Executive Coaching services as directed by the HRMD Director.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise to support HRMD’s effort to provide workforce development courses to the OAA workforce such as researching and providing recommendations for courses from training vendors, or developing and conducting courses tailored to OAA’s needs.
  • Conduct periodic case reviews to identify cost reduction opportunities and develop recommendations for the Director, HRMD.

• Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in administrative, management, and analytical services as it relates to the responsibilities listed above.
  • Active Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Sept of The Army Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA); Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS); Automated Notification of Action (AutoNOA); and Force Management System (FMSWeb).
