Job Description
Irving Law Firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. The docket is a mixture of business litigation and mass torts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- E filing with courts
- Prepare depositions and summaries
- Prepare discovery requests and responses
- Trial prep
- Track and monitor client files, calendars, and provide status updates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or mass torts experience
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe
