Residential Property Manager

Our client, a large locally owned Property Management company, is seeking an outstanding and tenured PROPERYT MANAGER with HUD experience to join their SENIOR property in Wichita!

• The ideal Property Manager will have the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Current driver's license is required
• 3-4 years of property management experience in a supervisory role, is required
• Yardi experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required
• Must have HUD experience.
• Soft skills include: Strong communication, especially with a multitude of personality types; leadership; compassion; time management (punctuality and multi-tasking); discretion; reliability; creativity; ambition.

Daily duties of the Property Manager include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Regional Manager in the formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year; stay within the established budget guidelines throughout the year
• Develop and implement marketing program with Regional Property Manager’s approval.
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise all on-site staff in order to achieve the operational goals of the assigned community
• Ensures that lease files are complete and that completion of leases is being executed property.
• Approves in writing all applications and Prepare, process and sign all leases and related forms.

Other duties as assigned.
