Construction Manager

Are you a dynamic, experienced Construction Manager passionate about leading high-stakes construction and renovation projects? We are looking for a Construction Manager to spearhead various capex projects, including new constructions and renovations. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management to implement innovative cost-saving applications and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Direct all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed with high quality, within budget, and on schedule. Employ the latest cost-saving technologies and methods to boost project efficiency.
  
• Administrative Excellence: Manage project invoices, maintain accurate budgets, schedules, and directories. Serve as the primary communication link among legal counsel, consultants, state agencies, and zoning authorities.
  
• Strategic Planning and Development: Lead the creation of RFPs, select engineering teams, oversee the design process, secure necessary approvals from franchisor and governmental bodies, and establish reliable project budgets.
  
• Construction Oversight: Supervise the construction phase, including contract preparation, obtaining local and state agency approvals, conducting site visits, and assessing project progress to ensure timely completion.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees are beneficial.
  
• Experience: Minimum of three years in real estate construction, with expertise in new constructions and commercial renovations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Proficient in budget management, scheduling, and overseeing project teams. Familiar with legal contracts, AIA documents, and construction-related software.
