Our client in Covington is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech for their team!
Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Covington, LA
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hourly Rate: $20
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
- Complete work orders and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
