Duties:
- Operate and monitor various types of machines in a manufacturing setting
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Strong basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to operate a vertical machine
- Familiarity with machining techniques and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Experience with packing equipment
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machine operation or a related field.
