As the ReStore Director, your responsibilities will include:

Driving donations, sales and profits of the ReStore to further the affiliate's mission and working with various internal and external resources to positively promote the Habitat ReStore and Habitat Bucks.

Planning for associates' safe and positive development, while prioritizing the expectation of high-level customer service, safety, and strong financial controls.

Ensuring sustained network development to expand the scope of Habitat ReStore activities and develop long-term, collaborative relationships with community-based trade/business groups, churches, donors and others to secure donations and raise awareness of local affiliate mission in the community.

To excel as a ReStore Director at Habitat Bucks you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in retail management software and tools is essential for analyzing sales data, optimizing inventory levels, and tracking performance metrics. Strong analytical abilities will help you make informed decisions and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
