We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented leader who will oversee all aspects of our fulfillment and logistics network including our two existing fulfillment centers located in Jacksonville Florida, and West Chester, Pennsylvania.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee all Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations, including staff management, budget (P&L), inventory control/analysis, receiving, assembly, and shipping on-time
  • Implement strategic initiatives with the goal of optimizing the distribution, warehouse, logistics, and operations team in terms of costs, efficiencies, and quality
  • Maintain continual focus on safety & OSHA standards, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, while establishing procedures and/or work instructions to ensure the efficient operation of the FCs
  • Drive business performance through effective leadership and management principles. Identify gaps in existing systems and processes, & propose solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Partner closely with our Marketing and Sales organization on product development.
  • Lead facilities planning activities that ensure that our fulfillment center network capacity stays ahead of our sales growth
  • Lead Fulfillment Center Managers and grow their skills by coaching and mentoring
  • Develop inventory targets to achieve optimal stock levels
  • Partner with our Procurement Manager and oversee our raw goods replenishment planning process
  • Be the "Lean" Champion for the entire organization and drive a culture governed by continuous improvement
  • Negotiate major equipment purchases, facility leases and freight/logistics contracts


To do well in this role you'll need to possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, related experience
  • Minimum five years' senior leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics and/or product role
  • Leadership experience at high-performing company with revenue of $25 million or more
  • Effective managerial skills, with track record of positive coaching and mentoring of 10+ employees
  • Engaging personality who can build trusting relationships within all levels of the organization and create and "sell a vision"
  • Ability to lead and hold people accountable for daily results around productivity, quality, and safety, while creating a positive work environment
  • Experience implementing LEAN, Six Sigma certified, Black Belt preferred
  • Data-driven strategic thinker; able to analyze problem, determine root cause and implement corrective actions
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented; ability to stay focused on delivering results
  • Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience and knowledge working in Warehouse Management Systems (ERP, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
