In this opportunity, you will work closely with new and developing agents, helping them establish business goals, maintain productive daily activities, and stay focused on proven strategies that create long-term growth. You will coach agents through business planning, lead generation, database development, and accountability while helping them gain confidence through consistent action.
Working alongside office leadership and experienced real estate professionals, you will help create a collaborative environment centered on growth, learning, and professional development. As you continue developing your coaching and leadership skills, the office will support your long-term success and provide opportunities to grow your influence and build your own real estate team.

Responsibilities
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents
• Help agents develop and track business plans and production goals
• Monitor lead generation, follow-up activity, and database growth
• Provide accountability and support around daily and weekly performance metrics
• Assist agents with time management, organization, and productivity strategies
• Support onboarding and development of newer agents
• Facilitate coaching workshops, training sessions, and group meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to improve agent engagement and retention
• Track coaching progress and maintain accurate records of agent development
• Encourage consistent activity and implementation of proven systems
Qualifications
• An active real estate license is required
• Previous real estate sales required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold others accountable
• Comfortable leading one-on-one and group coaching conversations
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate business development activities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
