Role Purpose:
Seeking a Product Coach with 10+ years of experience in IT Product Management and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will coach product teams and leaders to adopt customer-centric, outcome-driven practices, drive product transformation, and improve business value delivery. Strong expertise in product management, Agile/Lean methodologies, and stakeholder coaching is required. Experience in airline product management and product transformation coaching is a plus.
Role Overview:

  • We are seeking experienced Product Coaches with strong, hands-on product management backgrounds (Product Manager/Product Owner) who bring deep expertise in product strategy, customer-centricity, and outcome-driven delivery.
  • Coaches must demonstrate the ability to translate product management principles into practical, real-world solutions for teams, leaders, and multi-squad environments.
  • The Product Coach will align product teams to organizational strategy, guiding leaders and practitioners to make better product decisions, prioritize outcomes over outputs, and continuously improve value delivery.
  • This role requires advanced coaching capability-applying multiple coaching stances (mentor, advisor, facilitator) to support teams at different maturity levels while co-discovering solutions rather than prescribing them.

  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of coaching product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, strategy execution, and operating models.
  • Product Coaches are embedded partners, working onsite with teams to build, evolve, and refine how value is delivered through technology, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • They bring a broad and deep toolkit across product management, agile, and lean practices, and can diagnose team maturity and guide targeted, high-impact improvements.
  • As a transformation enabler, the Product Coach will accelerate adoption of the product model, helping the enterprise improve speed, alignment, and customer value delivery.
  • The role requires applying practical product leadership experience to solve complex challenges, coaching teams and leaders to internalize modern product practices and sustain behavior change.
  • Product Coaches also play a key role in shaping the coaching practice, influencing standards, and mentoring other coaches to build a high-performing, world-class product coaching capability.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
