Description
We are seeking a highly energetic, experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our fast-paced, high-tech software company. In this position, you will report to the Sr HR Director, and partner directly with our software development organization as it navigates radical, AI-enabled change. You will be a Strategic HR Business Partner who works alongside business leaders to design and implement plans and programs that support a shift in our operating model as it is today. You will facilitate organizational transformation to align with business strategy and objectives, leveraging analytics, project management, communication skills, and a high degree of AI fluency to help teams adopt new tools and ways of working. As an HRBP, you should bring a start-up mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, energized by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, capable of managing multiple demands and priorities.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Strategic partnership with the software development organization to support the delivery of business and product goals.
  • Partner with internal customers assigned to the job holder to develop organizational capability to meet business goals.
  • Act as a catalyst for significant change; guide and direct organizational design, development, and change management solutions, including the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working across the development team.
  • Support AI business goals and priorities to ensure we are forward-thinking, adaptable, and well-positioned to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees as appropriate in line with Principle Based Management (PBM) Principles. PBM is the framework for how we operate and the driver of our culture; new hires are provided in depth training on PBM.
  • Operate as a key HR adviser and subject matter expert with assigned team(s) through business knowledge, relationship management and proactive interventions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and market trends and leverage this insight to recommend and influence new approaches and processes to effect continual improvements in business objectives and productivity.
  • Coach senior leaders on complex leadership and HR issues including development and talent performance and issues, which could have the potential to create a competitive advantage for the business.
  • Build relationships with Regional and Global HR teams as appropriate working within our HR interaction model.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a HR capability within the technology space supporting software engineering teams, ideally in a high-paced, tech environment.
  • Experience providing guidance and influence to senior and executive level leaders.
  • Experience working with global team.
  • Transformation and change management skills.
  • Experience using data to problem solve
  • Talent management and succession planning experience.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A high degree of AI fluency, with the ability to apply AI tools in HR practice and to coach teams through AI-driven change.
  • Experience supporting a forward-deployed engineering team.
