Licensed Real Estate Sales Listing Agent

We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships. $75,000- $160,000

Responsibilities:

• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
• Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business

Qualifications:

• At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
