As a Graphic Designer, you will lead crucial projects that amplify our brand and communications across various platforms. This role requires a visionary approach to developing and executing groundbreaking designs that are both visually captivating and strategically impactful. You will report to the Director of Design and UX and collaborate closely with our dynamic team, setting the standard for excellence in our visual endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and implement sophisticated digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, presentations, and event materials.
• Champion brand integrity throughout all projects, aligning with TSIA's style guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries.
• Lead collaborative efforts within the marketing and design teams to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and achieve project objectives.
• Interpret complex research frameworks, transforming them into clear, visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the original researcher's intent. Develop and maintain a comprehensive visual library to standardize and streamline the use of these frameworks across various channels such as reports, presentations, blogs, and webinars.
• Develop and maintain a design asset library to enhance cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that design resources are easily accessible and consistently used across departments.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines while fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Leverage graphic design software to produce designs that are not only visually engaging but also technically superior.
• Produce and edit compelling video content for our YouTube channel, leveraging video editing software to enhance brand engagement and digital presence.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier), Figma, and additional design and video editing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A profound grasp of design principles, innovative typography, advanced color theory, and a keen eye for emerging design trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of self-managing projects, and highly driven.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
