Job Description

-THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DENVER-

We are a fun and supportive drug and alcohol treatment center in central Denver with 8 sober houses. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR THERAPIST with personality to join our growing team!

You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group and individual settings. *Counselors in recovery are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

*Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental health or emotional issues

*Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues

*Provide prevention-oriented therapy

*Implement and review treatment plans

*Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies

*Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

*Work with family members and offer family therapy

*Provide group and individual services including weekly individual services

*Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in the mental health counseling field, and be eligible for licensure

*Clinical supervision offered in accordance with DORA guidelines

*One evening per week *Ability to work in PHP, and IOP setting.

Qualifications:

*CACI or higher

*Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

*Familiarity with community mental health resources

*Excellent written and verbal communications skills

*Ability to build rapport with clients

*Ability to manage time and schedule independently

*Previous experience with EHR preferred.
