We are looking for a full-time Maintenance/Facilities representative.

*This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality and safety standards.
• Assists with multiple facility projects and tasks such as painting, carpentry, yard clean-up, and landscaping needs
• Performs routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces
• Oversees and performs the duties associated with events, including executing the set-up plan in a timely manner, breakdowns are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state.
• Specific functions include, but are not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, washing, carpet, walls, windows, and doors; trash and recycling removal; cleaning restrooms, offices and other areas as required.
• Other duties assigned.

Experience:

• Some carpentry
• Some landscaping
• Valid drivers license and ability to be insured by company insurance
• Preferable English/Spanish **NOT REQUIRED

Golden State will cover the full cost for the first month of your medical and dental benefits. After the first month, your medical and dental premium contributions will be deducted out of your paycheck.
