Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform ongoing general ledger maintenance and analysis including journal entries and account
reconciliations.
• Complete the month-end closing processes.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations.
• Design and maintain systems for allocating expenses to appropriate programs and services.
• Generate financial and analytical reports.
• Identify and help develop streamlined accounting and financial processes.
• Assist the team in the preparation and successful completion of each annual audit.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
• Not-for-profit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fund EZ preferred.
