Junior Customer Solutions Support Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Junior Customer Solutions Support Analyst at DMF, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations through accurate reporting and analytics. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is analytical, self-motivated, and eager to make a meaningful impact.

This role is onsite in Carson, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rep Commissions Management: Manage Rep commissions accurately and efficiently.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide timely reporting and analytics across multiple sales channels.
• Data Quality Control: Ensure data validation and quality control checks to maintain accuracy and integrity of reporting.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Work towards becoming a subject matter expert within the lighting industry.
• Performance Metrics Review: Help provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on key performance metrics to diverse audiences.
• Data Analysis: Help simplify complex data into easy-to-comprehend analysis, identifying anomalies and proposing solutions.
• Excel Modeling: Help develop Excel models and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate sales alignment, reporting, and analysis.
• Dashboard Creation: Help Build dashboards and visualizations to explain business insights and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales operations or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
