We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team at Quaff ON! Brewery as an Events Coordinator and Digital Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events for Quaff ON!, as well as managing our digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, event coordination experience, and a strong background in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events for the brewery, including tastings, festivals, live music nights, beer releases, and special promotions.

• Manage incoming requests for brewery participation in various events.

• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, equipment rental, permit compliance and vendor coordination.

• Ensure that events run smoothly and that guests have an exceptional experience.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote brewery events, products, and brand initiatives across various online channels.

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, to optimize campaigns and drive results.

• Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to grow our online presence.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to promote brewery events and collaborations.

• Represent the brewery at community events, festivals, and industry gatherings to foster brand awareness and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required.

• Proven experience in event coordination and execution, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Creative thinker with a passion for craft beer and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
