We are seeking a dedicated Medical Sales Agent with a strong background in the medical field, possessing a keen interest in leveraging their expertise to drive patient engagement with their health benefits. This role is pivotal for individuals who excel in communication, are highly organized, and committed to delivering superior customer service. This position demands a high level of persuasion, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Our focus is on engaging with patients to encourage proactive health management, particularly targeting the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients. Compensation and Benefits for Medical Sales Agent

- Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

- Vacation: 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) paid vacation

- Benefits: 401K, Health insurance


Responsibilities for Medical Sales Agent

- Conduct 80% outbound calls to engage patients with their health benefits, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction.

- Utilize exceptional communication skills to educate patients on the importance of engaging with their benefits and the impact on their health.

- Employ persuasive techniques and motivational skills to encourage patient participation and adherence to health programs.

- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, preferences, and feedback to continuously improve the engagement strategy.


Qualifications for Medical Sales Agent

- 2+ years of experience in a medical sales or related medical field role.

- Strong foundation in medical terminology and healthcare systems, particularly Medicaid.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Bilingual (preferred) to cater to a diverse patient population.
