As a Screen Room Floater, you will be making our customer’s artwork come alive by mixing Pantone Matching System (PMS) inks and producing quality screen printing screens to be used in production.

Here is what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

Ink Mixing Duties

• Mixing Oeko-Tex certified inks to run a high-quality product on our screen printing machines.
• Utilize computerized mixing system to accurately mix ink to customer PMS specifications.
• Operate turnabout mixing table to thoroughly mix the various ink colors.
• Load, run, and unload squeegee cleaning machine to clean squeegees.

Screen Room Duties

• Reclaim, coat with emulsion, shoot, tape and block all screens as needed for production.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
• Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
