Maintenance Supervisor - Up to $80K + Paid OT

Aegis has partnered with a HVAC manufacturer in Indianapolis that is looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. 

Compensation: up to $80K Salary + Paid OT + Full benefits. 

Shift: 2nd - 2PM-10:30PM M-F - will work about 50 hours per week.  

Area of Expertise:

Materials handling, storeroom maintenance and provisioning, grounds keeping, housekeeping, and light repairs.

Typical Roles/Area of Focus:

Incumbent's responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:

• Administration

Level of Responsibility:

• Supervisor of hourly or non-exempt employees within one or more workgroups

• Activities supervised may be of a technical nature

• Supervisor may be directly involved in the performance of those tasks which are of a more complex nature

• Has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the discipline and role—continuing to develop specialized knowledge

Typical Educational Requirements:

• AA/AS degree w/5-10+ years experience

• BA/BS degree w/2-5+ years experience

• MA/MS degree w/0-2+ years experience

All Employees Shall:

• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements

• Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment to

   ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards

• Attend a scheduled EH&S training program

• Actively support the organization's efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans

• Recommend improved EH&S practices
