Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Creole Translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating documents while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

· Translate a variety of documents including legal, educational, medical, and technical.

· Maintain the content, context, and style of the original material.

· Review translations for quality and accuracy.

· Perform specific specifications as requested by the client.

Requirements:

· U.S. Citizenship.

· Minimum 1 year of professional translation/interpreting experience.

· Documented proficiency in Creole and English. Candidates without documentation may be required to complete a proficiency test.

· Proficiency in reading, listening, and comprehension of Creole with the ability to transcribe, summarize, and gist.

· Willingness to undergo a background check.

· Ability to perform interpretations in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

· Reliable phone service for telephonic interpretations.

· Comfortable using computer camera capabilities for video interpretation.
