Job Title: Repair Technician I
Location: Rockville, MD
Contract Period: 05/20/2024 to 02/24/2025
Shift schedule: Dayshift – Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units.
• Maintains accurate record keeping for individual repairs.
• Uses custom software testing suites to diagnose/validate hardware failure.
• Recognizes failures, follows engineering changes, and determines appropriate action.
• Uses equipment such as computer, and special test fixtures.
• Maintains production and quality output standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

o High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Minimum Work Experience (years):

Key Skills and Competencies:
o General math skills
o Experience as a production assembler, having performed assembly operations to required quality levels and job standards.
o Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required.
o Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
o Prior use of various hand tools.
o Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift.
o Works well with others.
