Service Advisor

Job Summary:
Stonebriar Chevrolet is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team in Frisco, Texas. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the auto industry. This individual contributor role offers a competitive salary of $50000 to $100000 per year, paid biweekly, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about automotive services and repairs
• Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's service schedule
• Write repair orders and provide estimates for services and repairs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
• Maintain knowledge of current automotive products, services, and promotions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the auto industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
