Job Description

Progressive, growth-oriented specialty-print manufacturer located in Maplewood, MO 63143, is looking
for an experienced customer service specialist who has worked specifically for a COMMERCIAL PRINTING
company.

Qualifications

High School and/or College Associates degree.
Experience working with accounts and clients in the commercial printing industry.
Working with PC based order estimating processing software.
Working with Microsoft Office apps.
Basic understanding of ADOBE graphics software.

Duties will include:

Print job estimating, work-order processing, invoicing, AR management.
Customer interaction via phone, email, and our website.
Chat box interaction and e-commerce order management.
Some pre-flighting of artwork.

Continuous training in all aspects of the job will be provided.

Day Shift, 7:30 am – 3 30 pm, M-F. Occasional overtime as required.

Salary $30,000 - $45,000, pay commensurate with experience.
