YOUR TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE:

This is a full-time position with an 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri schedule and exciting opportunities for overtime.

You efficiently zoom through your day, tackling preventative maintenance, overseeing apartment turns, and ensuring our spaces shine. You're not just maintaining properties; you're crafting experiences. You thoroughly inspect apartments, responding to resident needs-your job isn't a routine; it's a daily adventure. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade

Preferred Qualifications:

• A knack for turning maintenance challenges into success stories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Current driver's license and automobile insurance
