Autocad Drafter - 1843240

As a AutoCAD and Revit Drafter, you will play a crucial role in converting the designs of engineers and designers into technical drawings, plans, calculations, and specifications for various stages of projects, including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. You will work closely with the design team to ensure the successful execution of projects according to company standards and strategic direction.

• Draft designs using computer-aided design (AutoCAD and Revit) software.
• Create diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.
• Review drawings and designs with the team and adjust them according to feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
• Set up drawings and configuration files for projects.
• Provide basic calculations for use by the design team.
• Manage general downloads and files received from outside consultants and architects.
• Work from rough sketches, verbal direction, and specifications provided by engineers and designers.
• Provide quality customer service by interacting with customers and effectively addressing their inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in CAD and Revit drafting preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes is a plus.
