Job DescriptionCompany Description
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Remove dead trees, clear brush, mow, edge, and generally maintain and improve the property
- Safely operate mowers, weed whackers, chain saws, bucket loaders, and other equipment.
- Remove snow when applicable, including walks, stairs, parking lots, driveways, using appropriate equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and power equipment, including fueling, sharpening, oiling, and cleaning.
- Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including tree removals, pruning, planting, cabling and bracing, rigging, stump grinding, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Willingness to be flexible and work with the team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in landscaping and tree work.
- ISA Certification or Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
- Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S.
