To address these, teams follow strict safety protocols such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), using harnesses and ropes, and conducting site assessments before starting work. Many employers also provide ongoing safety training and emphasize teamwork to ensure everyone looks out for potential hazards. Adhering to these practices helps minimize risks and promotes a safe work environment.
