Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tree Cutter to join our team. As a Tree Cutter, you will be traveling to different job sites each day, inspecting and trimming, clearing, and removing branches and trees safely using various tools, including chainsaws. You will often be operating heavy machinery and will need to maintain the highest standards of safety. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in many different temperatures and weather conditions, is not afraid of heights, and can safely operate different types of tree trimming tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate a job site to determine the best course of action when pruning or trimming a tree, while taking into account the health of the tree and the surrounding area
  • Use a lift to access the tops of trees and large bushes safely
  • Carry off and dispose of all tree debris, leaving a clean space behind
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Knowledge of Tree care techniques and equipment
  • Ability to pull a trailer safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
