Job description

Job Summary: Survey Helper/Rodman works as survey helper, assists Party Chief and Instrument Operator as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists the Party Chief and Instrument-man as directed
Performs field tasks, including but not limited to; brush clearing, tree cutting and pipeline probing
Responsible for loading and unloading of vehicle, boat and/or off road vehicle
Regular cleaning of vehicle, boats, buggies, and equipment
Assures that all needed supplies are on hand for job, i.e. flagging, nails, hammers, lumber, sweeper etc.
Cleans all equipment and charges electronics for next day
Makes sure all ice chests and water coolers are full and clean
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures


Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
No experience is needed for the Rodman position.
Effective communication skills, oral and written.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a physical exam and drug screen.
