About the Role:
Happy Tree Service of Austin is looking for a skilled and hardworking Tree Worker to join our growing crew in Austin, TX! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll play a vital part in keeping Austin's trees healthy, beautiful, and safe. If you love working outside and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform tree trimming, pruning, and shaping to maintain tree health and aesthetics
  • Conduct tree removal operations including felling, sectional dismantling, and stump grinding
  • Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and other arborist equipment safely
  • Clear and haul away debris, brush, and logs from job sites
  • Assist with rigging and climbing operations as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and ANSI Z133 standards on every job
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in tree care, arboriculture, or landscaping preferred
  • Ability to safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and hand tools
  • Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding outdoor conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ISA Arborist Certification or climbing experience is a plus
