    Position: Tree Service Worker
    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Tree Service Worker to join our team. This position involves tree removal, pruning, trimming, stump grinding, brush cleanup, and general property maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically fit, and able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal safely and efficiently.
    • Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and other tree service equipment.
    • Climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear when required.
    • Assist with rigging and lowering tree limbs safely.
    • Load and haul logs, brush, and debris from job sites.
    • Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections.
    • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
    • Communicate effectively with crew members and customers.
    • Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
