Joshua Tree Experts is expanding in Charlotte and looking for skilled tree care professionals to join our growing team. We're hiring for three key roles: Crew Leaders, Tree Climbers, and Groundsman. Groundsman
Assist crews with pruning, removals, and cleanup
Operate chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools
Set up safety zones and follow all safety procedures
Tree Climber
Perform aerial tree pruning and removals
Use climbing gear or aerial lifts
Work closely with the crew leader and guide grounds crew
Crew Leader
Manage a 2-4 person crew on residential and commercial jobs
Oversee safety and efficiency on-site
Communicate with clients and ensure work meets high standards
Requirements (varies by role):
2+ years of tree care experience (5+ for Crew Leader)
Valid driver's license
Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment use
Leadership and communication skills for Crew Leader and Climber roles
