Position Title: Commercial/Aviation Ground-Up Superintendent

Location: Greater Houston (with travel required in the Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin areas)

Niles Axis Consulting has partnered with a reputable design-build General Contractor in the
aviation industry to find a qualified and experienced Ground-Up Superintendent with expertise
in commercial construction and interior buildouts. This position offers the opportunity to work
on engaging projects in the aviation industry with opportunities for professional growth and
development.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects for aviation facilities, including
airports, hangars, terminal buildings, and runways.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project
completion.
• Oversee interior buildout projects within aviation facilities, including offices, lounges, and
service areas.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with high-profile clients, demonstrating strong business acumen.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Ground-Up Superintendent in aviation-related projects.
• Clean criminal record to access special projects.
• Demonstrable project list of notable ground-up projects managed as a superintendent.
• Strong business acumen to interact with high-profile clients.
• At least 15 years of experience as a superintendent in ground-up commercial construction
with a focus on interior buildouts.
