Real Estate Sales Recruiter

Are you a professional with a keen eye for talent in the real estate industry? We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Recruiter to join our team and assist in identifying driven new agents who can thrive in our fast-paced and growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an incredible real estate team.

Please note: This is a Virginia-based remote position with a commission-based pay structure.

• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
• Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members

• You will build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Provide support and guidance to new recruits during the onboarding process
• Collaborate with the management team to identify staff needs and goals
• Represent our company at industry events and career fairs

• Great at time management and organization
• Familiar with online job posting tools
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well

• Previous experience in real estate or recruiting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Remote position; Must be local to Virginia
