Job Description:

As a collection Cleark, you will be crucial in maintaining healthy financial operations by managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payment. Your responsibilities will include.

-Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue invoices and payment.

-Contact the collection Agency regarding customers out of the collection.

-Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes promptly and professionally.

-Negotiating payment plans and arrangements with customer to facilitate timely debt recovery.

-Recording accurate and up-to-date information on customer interactions and payment statuses in the company's database.

-Collaborating with internal teams, including billing sales, and customer service, to address payment issues and streamline collection processes.

-Assisting with preparing financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable aging and collections performance.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar financial role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues.

-Excellent negotiation and problem- solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving payment issues

-Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

-SAP will be a Plus

-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
