Entry Customer Service Representative

The only way for a business to grow is to develop a constant and ongoing new customer base. The problem most companies face is that they lack the creativity and resources to create a lower cost of acquisition for new customers.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients.

Salary: $950 - $1300 per week

Job: Full time

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
• Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
• Handle customer complaints or concerns
• Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
• Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work a variable work schedule.
• Must professionally present self regarding personal dress and grooming.
