Job Description

Property Management Inspector

Crye-Leike® Property Management in Cordova, TN has an immediate need for a part-time Property Management Inspector to provide inspection services on residential real estate. This position will work 20-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Inspection and documentation of leased property condition
Taking photographs of all property areas
Completion of required reports
Identifying and resolving items or issues needing attention
Communicating with property owners in reports for inspection
Following all Crye-Leike® Property Management procedures in an efficient and timely manner

Qualifications:

Minimum of one (1) year of inspection or quality control supervisory experience
Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate basic workings of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping and irrigation systems a plus
Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication (verbal and written) and decision making skills
Requires the ability to work independently with minor supervision
Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook) proficiency is a must to submit reports/create correspondence
Must have excellent driving record with the ability to travel in the Memphis, Tennessee area
Have the ability to read city maps or access and utilize mapping software
Good typing skills a must
