Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

We are partnered with an Award Winning Roofing Contractor in the Denver, CO area looking for a Project Manager to join their team!

As Commercial Roofing Project Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing multiple low-slope roofing projects involving various materials such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, torch-down, metal roof panels, and metal wall panels, occasionally handling steep-slope laminate material. Manage projects from new construction to re-roofing and tenant finish, ensuring smooth progress through pre-construction, in-progress, and close-out phases. Attend weekly job cost meetings and job walk meetings to understand project structures. Safety coordination, collaboration with estimators, and billing confirmation are integral parts of the role. Additionally, oversee crew development, participate in commercial billing meetings, monitor roof load schedules, address warehouse material issues, and handle post-completion inquiries from contractors or homeowners.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• At least five years experience in commercial roofing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships;
• Ability to follow procedures and systems processes
• Position is onsite

$90,000-$100,000 depending on experience + Benefits
